The meaning behind the name "Rapha" is that of ancient Hebrew origin and can be found in the Old Testament. The Hebraic translation of "Rapha" means "to restore" or "to heal". Inspection
Did you know all of our Inspectors are also Certified Insurance Adjusters? This makes us a preferred vendor for any insurance claim. Our seamless process takes the guess work out of claim estimates, results in increased approvals, and means your claim can be completed even faster!
Project
Completion
Upon completion of each project we walkthrough a before and after comparison. We also provide guidance for future care and maintenance of your roof. All materials are purchased new with manufacturer warranty and all services are backed by our Complete Workmanship Guarantee!
Billing & Payment
Payments Accepted​

All payments are processed electronically at the time of appointment. Invoices are sent via email once your appointment has been scheduled. Financing options are available to qualified applicants from independent 3rd party financial service providers.

Cancellation Policy​
​
In order to provide reliable service to our clients, we maintain a fixed weekly schedule. ​If you need to reschedule, please communicate as soon as possible​. All missed appointments and cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment window will be assessed a $50.00 late cancellation fee.

Workmanship Guarantee
​
We provide simple, reliable, professional roofing services. In an effort to ensure everything is done to standard initially, we perform a walk-through with all of our clients at the end of each service. If you feel we missed a step, call us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve any concerns you may have. If needed we will return within 48 hours to correct any service related issue.
